I lost about 70 lbs last year using this site eating well and working out. I stopped logging in and have slowly slipped up. So I am back and going to try to lose 10-15 more lbs.

Below 200 Lbs
Yesterday my trainer kicked my *kitten* we worked my legs, they felt like rubber. I woke up feeling sore, got on the scale thinking I would be still over 200lbs. But It was 199 Lbs this makes me so happy.

My butt hurts

water with your meal (good or bad)
I went to a lunch time class on nutrion and the women said that it was not good for digestion to drink to much water with your meal as it effected the stomach acids from being able to digest the food. I am not sure what to think, as some say to drink water to fill up. Water for thought. :happy:

I ran (on a treadmill) 3 miles in 29.5 min. I have a goal to get a USMC 1st class PFT. I will do it this summer. :-)
