Caleries

I did good for several months, I lost 50lbs. I was eating around 1500cal on avg. But now at 208lbs I have not been losing. I talked to a professional body builder this weekend and he suggested that I increase my caleries to around 2000. So I have done that with a 40% protien, 30 fat, 30 carb. Now I am going to see how this works. I hope to add muscle and lose the rest of my gut.
