Are you working as hard as you can doing the P90?. Don't forget to get enough recovery time.

Have you noticed that you are getting stronger? Muscle weaighs more then fat, you may want to use a tape measure.. This gain could be a combination of things. Keep up the good work.

I agree with aareeyesee, don't get a gel seat get fitted to your bike and wear padded bike shorts. I take cliff bars with me on my rides and also drink Gatorade. Have fun during the ride Make sure to stretch after.

This is tough question, I just had a conversation about this with someone that knows more about it then me. In short if you are doing alot heavy lifting you may need more protein. If you are doing a lot of cardio you may need carbs. Timing can also be very important as the body may need protein for muscle building, it may…

Go to the gym and work hard try different things. Most people that work out will respect someone who is working hard. Those that don't are fools and I wouldn't worry about fools. Keep working and do it for you. Good luck

Get back on track and exercise, if you had Tommy Europe as your trainer he would give you a butt kicking :-)

That is great.

Wow,,,, 15lbs is ok for someone who is much heavier like when I was 270lbs. You can go for it but it is a very big goal. I have done some cleanses and it may help. Main thing is to eat good foods watch the cals and do a lot of cardio. Good luck

I am so proud of myself. Today I rode a 50Km bike ride. I am also proud of losing all the weight I have lost. MFP is great, what makes it great is people like Jeannie who start such a motivating post.
