I wish the site kept track of the good fats (HDL) and bad fats LDL.

Overall I like this site. I am down 21lbs sense Christmas. :-)

    Those readings would only be found within your body.
    You can track the saturated, unsaturated, and trans fats on the website. Avoid trans fats entirely. Saturated fats should make up 10% of your total fat intake.
    Your doctor can tell you what your LDL and HDL cholesterol levels are if you are concerned about that. :smile:
