I created the meatloaf recipe myself. I always measure to make sure it tastes the same every time. The high fat meats shouldn't be a problem. My doctor didn't tell me I couldn't....any recommendations?

I remember when I was a lot younger I started exercising and it would only come every other month. If you don't get it by the time the next one is due I would follow up with your OB/GYN. : )
