  • I ALWAYS keep the little 4 packs of single servings of wine on hand. I keep a Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio for dry white and a Cabernet for red.   • I love it cooked, cooled then mixed with roasted veggies, feta cheese, parsley, slivered almonds and some italian dressing. I make my own with olive oil, balsamic, fresh garlic, etc.... Mmmmm.... gonnna have to make it soon. I just don't know the calorie count.

  • For me the more I drink the more I want. Don't make yourself nauseous but try to up your intake a little at a time.
  • I print them and put them in a 3" 3 ring binder with tabs for sections. I also recently went through and put them in page protectors. I have a 3 ring binder 3 hole punch that hooks onto the rings. I guess I don't really need it now since I have page protectors. Sometimes I print multiple copies so I can give them away…
