Vegetable calories
I've never done any commercial weight loss programs like WW or Jenny Craig but I think I've heard that fruits and vegetables are "free"? Do we need to track vegetable calories? I can see tracking salad dressing and legumes or dairy on a salad, but what about the lettuce and tomatoes and cucumbers and onions, etc.....?

I've been on this site around 10 days, I only had 2 friends and one fired me..... WTH? That is just so sad :(

Which one do you trust?
I have a hrm that counts calories and then the treadmill also counts calories. They were about 30 calories different during my workout. I quit after the hrm hit 300 calories. Which would you trust?

Dang - this is tough!
So today is around day 3 of me starting the MFP plan and I am totally bummed with today. it is only 2:00pm and I've almost already eaten all my calories for the day, I don't think I'm going to make it to the gym today (I hadn't really planned to anyway). I have 1200 for the day and I had breakfast, a snack, a 1/2 sandwich…
