I just ordered a fitbit this evening and I'm so excited waitinbg for it to arrive. Before I ordered it I did quite a bit of research and one thing that came up was that UP was not great. People were sending them back a lot and ordering fitbits instead.

On the other hand, having said that (LOL I"m a libra and can argue all sides of an issue), I am now trying to lose weight slowly - just 1 pound a week. I am hoping that it will help me to not have wild swings in motivation and cravings and over the long term, if not in the short term, the weight loss will be significant.

I have sleep apnea and have a CPAP but I have to admit I don't use it. Very bad I know. I also have restless legs and periodic leg movements. I take meds for my RLS but the meds aren't working so well anymore. RLS is TORTURE.
