For clothes I get mine from Walmart (they have nice breathable yoga pants for the gym) and Target or anywhere that has them at a decent price. For shoes, I get them at Finishline or ****'s Sporting goods.

I'm right there with you! It's one thing for women to make themselves up just to go to the gym, but its another to go to the gym after work, running errands, etc. Plus by the time i'm done with my workout you can't even tell I had anything on!

I am the same way! 5'7" at 133lbs. Old Navy jeans are a size 2 long (love them), with their shorts as a size 4. Target dress pants are a 2. Shirts I go between a small and medium. I'm an hourglass, and in between a small and medium build but I have a long torso. Sizes are all over the place so I try everything on!

Yum! Perfect for Lent!

I make an open faced cheeseburger with it. Only use the bottom of the bun top with burger patty and cottage cheese. Filling without all the bread. I also saw a post about mixing in vanilla extract and cinnamon to make it like rice pudding (haven't tried but sounds yummy).

I have been eating back my exercise calories only until the Net Calories is close to 1200. Was not doing this for a while and I plateau'd. So I started eating them back and have already lost half a pound. But everyone's different.
