i am in the same position! I am going to try raising my calorie intake to the maintain status for a few days and then backing it down to what my original intake was. I am hoping this works as a jumpstart. i might add some weights too. Add me if you want.

Not to be too forward, but could it be your TOM?? I know when that time is close for me I "gain" a pound or 2. Just keep working your *kitten* off and eventually it will go away! BTW, I have close to the same goal, add me if you want!

Same here! Gym time is stress release time and I hate people waiting for me to get done or whatever. Plus it lets me focus on a good strenuous workout. Friends aren't going to lose the weight for me, so I depend on me to GET IT DONE! Good luck!

Yes! Fruit is high in natural sugars. And sugars are essentially a simpler form of carbohydrates. For example - raisins are basically dried up grapes, yet a small box is 130 calories! A banana is 100 calories at least. The only fruit I might not include is watermelon, as it is mostly water. Lol!

I'm 5'7" with an hourglass figure. My goal is 132 - 133, but toned. I want my BF to be 20%.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! I am big on cardio, so it is perfect! Lots of machines, but only a smallish weight area. So if ur looking to bulk up, it might not be ideal. Plus, I really like the flexible hours (M-F open 24hours, and Sat and Sun until like 9Pm), You can;t beat it for $10 a month for the basic membership. Good Luck!

Whenever I get curious! BUT I only record on Saturday mornings, before eating or drinking anything and after using the bathroom. Even though I might check everday and the numbers might not change, I can FEEL the difference.

Yes to all but the milk. I never drank whole milk, and soy milk is just not the same for me, so I drink 1%. As far as the rice, pasta, and bread it's all in moderation. I have cut down on the intake of all three. So far i've lost 3lbs.
