You need to combine strength training in your exercise as well...when doing cardio, you'll lose the weight & skin begins to sag as the body changes. Sit ups, planks, etc oh & weight training will help alot it also burns more fat!

When losing weight, especially quickly and/or lots, your hormones change dramatically. I've noticed mine haven't been like before as well. It's actually kind of scary, I do get lots of cravings & eat a lot more right after TOM is gone. Lol. Try maybe eating low cal sweets..maybe it'll help ease the sweet cravings.

I have the FT4..it works great! It counts calories, duration, displays are big, water resistant..it does the basic but if you want the whole plug in numbers to computer & compare workouts then go with FT7.. I heard that one was great as well.

You're not the only one hun, I used to have that same problems & til this day atleast one weekend every month...consider it your cheat day. Lol! What matters is that you get back up! Best of luck!

I totally understand. I try to avoid eating heavy before heading to the gym which is always around 6-8pm...as long as you eat something small, protein filled & drink water you should be good to go. it's recommended to eat a big, nutritional breakfast...you should try doing that..,but if you're comfortable with your method…

@mrsweighl- that's awesome, I've always thought that walking doesnt do much difference, but you've proved me wrong! When I first started, I jumped right into the group fitness classes there is at my local gym...& of course I ended up sore for a week & took about 3 days off. I'm one of those impatient women, I'd LOVE to see…

Thanks! I've done spinning, running [HIIT], & swimming for cardio. For strength exercises, I've relied a lot on my local gym's Aerobic weight training classes.

Yes! I thought I was the only one...I've dropped 44lbs & still need 46 to go BUT man I haven't had a loss in a week. I get so impatient, sometimes looking at old pictures helps me. I just think "atleast I'm not where I use to be!" Lately pictures don't help either & I guess it's a fear of maybe I won't be able to get to my…

Ques: I meet all my macronutrients daily, sometimes even go over fiber & protein intake BUT it's hard for me to meet the 1270 cals a day, could I possibly take a protein shake to meet the calorie intake & repair my muscles faster OR is too much protein harmful? Also, are they meant to drink only after lifting weights or…
-
Wow! Great job...I started at 230 as well & currently at 186lbs...I should have taken before pictures so I can see the difference, cause I don't see it yet.

I've never tried anything else, only pills. But from what I've heard from friends, a couple of them got pregnant while on Mirena. The Depo causes blood clots...

Supposedly it helps burn 30% more calories & speeds up metabolism BUT do not drink green tea with added sugars...it defeats the purpose. Go natural...it tastes tangy, oh & yeah try drinking 3 cups a day before your meals.

Wow you look great! So inspirational!!!
