1200 to 1550cals to lose again, will it work?
A little info about me, I started mfp at 1200 cals/day..haven't had much of a problem with losing weight. Before I started school I was going to the gym 6-7xs/wk & eating 1200-1300cals/day. I've gone from 199-157..& I guess I hit plateau mid January, I don't burn as much as I used to but still eat the same cals BUT...…

Thoughts on Chalean Extreme OR other exercise programs
I'm thinking about purchasing Chalean Extreme. I've done Jillian's 30DS & Ri30 various times & need a change, besides it killing my knees. Both vids worked great, lost inches & a few lbs, but I'm REALLY looking to lose body fat & gain muscle, so tell me about other exercise programs.. Thanks!!!

When to begin maintaining..
Oops I should've titled it HOW to begin maintaining.. I'm on my last 23lbs & though I'd like to lose them quickly, it'd be better if I lose them slowly since I want to begin upping my calorie intake.
