I'm super excited too! I start week #3 saturday. I haven't measured myself but i have noticed my clothes getting loser...i felt like workout 1&2 weren't that difficult as to what i am used to, comparing it to ripped in 30 & 30 day shred..so yah! good luck, nice to share this journey with y'all!

You know, that's exactly what I realized today. I hadn't seen the scale move, zig-zagged my cals a couple days ago, taking a break tmrw (cause I know I have water retention)..& I've already seen a loss. & i haven't even "rested" yet..so I'm super happy! thanks for sharing though, great info!

I've seen people do zig-zag cals for 2-4wks..just until if course you see a change.
