Lift weights! I've lost 60+lbs within 15months & I still have 20+ to lose...I haven't had a saggy skin issue yet. But I have lifted weighs since day 1...& losing slowly is te best way to go. BUT honestly I wouldn't worry about saggy skin, as long as you get fit & healthy you'll be GREAT!

I don't think there's a protein powder just for "women or men" it just depends how much you drink & with what you drink it with...to my understanding for body building you take it with milk & for weight loss it's with water. Anyhow, I'd recommend Amplified or Optimum Nutrition which you can find at GNC..

When I started I weighed 230 & wearing in between 20-22. Now I weigh 183 & wearing loose 14s. Luckily I saved my "pre-pregnancy" jeans & that's the 14s I'm wearing now ad I'm trying to avoid buying clothes until I hit goal. Oh btw I'm 5'1".
