If you fall off the horse, just get back on. I have logged days that were 2000 cals over. The next day...I go back to normal. I can be a bad binge eater as well.

Your body will start to even out a little after the initial loss sometimes. I know when it happens to me, I step the cardio up. Also...once I had a month of good eating and working out with almost no change. On a Sunday, I ate 1500 more calories than usual. The next week I lost two pounds...... If the scale doesn't change…

10 pounds is a big deal. I know for me that is a full pant size of loss. Keep it up!

Obviously you have a void that needs filled. First it was alcohol, then food. Next step...try exercise. Once you get into it and see results, working out becomes a habit. Much better than food or booze :) good luck to you!

Have you heard of taco soup? It does have a lot of sodium but if you are healthy and sweat a lot it shouldn't hurt you.

It sounds cliche but exercise can really help kill stress. Even just going for a walk.

You may be able to do it for a few days every now and again but sustained low calories will be bad for energy levels. Stick with 2000 and the weight will come off.
