A few bad days won't kill ya.
I ate and drank terribly on Saturday and Sunday. Woke up today feeling crappy and figured the best way to fix it would be run 5 miles. Guess what? It worked!! Sometimes we fall off the wagon. Just gotta get back on and keep trucking.

Running time drop
I have lost 10 pounds since Thanksgiving and finally got my 3 mile time under 25:00 this morning. So many said I couldn't lose weight during the holidays...proved em wrong!

Back in the game
The last 3 months got me 3 pounds shy of my highest weight ever. A week ago I started killing it on MFP. I even pulled off a 4 mile hill run in under 38:00. Can't wait to hop on the scale tomorrow!

Getting back into it
I lost 30 pounds in 4 months when I started MFP a few years ago. After injuring my foot running 20-25 miles a week I have gained and lost 10-15 pounds here and there until a few days ago when I decided to jump back on the MFP and start really getting back into food accountability. I did my first 4 mile run today (slow…

Exercise to go overboard?
I am not sure if this is bad but somedays I will purposely go and burn through 5-8 miles of road running just so I can live it up that night and not go over. It seems to not have a bad effect my my weight loss but I don't think it can be too good to run 6 miles and burn 1000 calories and then drink 8 beers that night with…

Back on the plan!
After losing nearly 30 pounds from Thanksgiving last year to St. Patty's Day, I have slowly been gaining it back after I hit my goal of completing Air Assault school and a half-marathon in April. I am 20 pounds heavier and today is the day that I start going back down to where I was before. I think I can drop 10 pounds by…

Here is a good story.......
As I showed up at the Clarksville Greenway this morning to go for a short, 3 mile run, I saw a guy in a wheelchair with one leg putting his prostetic leg on and getting ready to put his wheel chair in his trunk. I noticed he was wearing a Vietnam Veteran hat so I had to stop by and say hi. After talking to him for a bit, I…

Hit my goal...pics! Still a little more to go though....
I started MFP on Thanksgiving. I went way over but after that I started doing much better. I have upped my running big time as being out of shape in the Army is very bad. 220 seems heavy but my legs are bigger around than some of your waists LOL. I will lose about 5 more or so then it is time to start hitting some weights!…

1/2 Marathon
I decided to shoot for a half marathon at the end of April. I have run no more than 4 miles in the last two years so time to step it up!

Started MFP on Thanksgiving Day....
I started this thing on Thanksgiving of all days just to see what happened. Well I was only 3000 calories over my maintenance calories that day LOL. I started at 245....now I am at 231 as of this morning. My goal is to hit 220 and stay there. That sounds heavy to you all I am sure but when I post pics you will see that I am…

Been on the app for a bit now
Hello, I always go up and down with my weight but this time I want to keep it down for real. My highest was 245 right before Thanksgiving and since I started using the app once I got my iPhone I weighed in at 232 on the 19th of December. I am trying to get to 220 by Valentine's Day. I am in the Army and am in good physical…
