Hello,

I always go up and down with my weight but this time I want to keep it down for real. My highest was 245 right before Thanksgiving and since I started using the app once I got my iPhone I weighed in at 232 on the 19th of December. I am trying to get to 220 by Valentine's Day. I am in the Army and am in good physical condition for being 5' 10" and as heavy as I am. I do have quite a bit of muscle on me though and am very active (ruck marching, obstacle courses, etc). I can tell just losing what I have already that running 3-4 miles is sooooo much easier! Now I just need to get slimmer for Air Assault school in the spring. Good luck to all of you!
