I ate and drank terribly on Saturday and Sunday. Woke up today feeling crappy and figured the best way to fix it would be run 5 miles. Guess what? It worked!! Sometimes we fall off the wagon. Just gotta get back on and keep trucking.

    Way to go!! Everyone falls off now & then. Issue is if you stay there or get back! Congrats on the 5 miles!! :)
