I'm going to do my day 7 workout tonight instead of the morning. Question though. Despite watching my calorie intake and working out at least once a day, sometimes twice, I'm GAINING weight. Anyone else!?

Level 1 Day 3 morning workout finished. Finally the soreness is going away in my quads.

Day 2, first workout complete. I'll be doing it again this evening.

I decided to do two a days. Once in the morning, then again in the evening. Has anyone else tried this? It's my first day and it wasn't as rough as I thought

Did the first day and first level today. Oh man!

I'll be starting tomorrow, hopefully, when the dvd, weights, and mat I ordered get here. I'll be trying to keep my calorie intake around 1200, as well as implementing 2-3 mile runs in as well.

Pretty sure my problem isn't what I eat, but how much. I'm pretty greedy. Also it's been hard to work out with a back injury. But I'm going to begin the 30 Day Shred hopefully Tuesday. Kinda tired of looking like this

Maybe some lunges can help build up your butt muscles to smooth it out....I've always been large bottomed even at 127lbs. My hips/butt range from 39-42 inches (40 for now since I've lost some more weight) but I run and do lunges so you cant even see the fat on my butt because the muscle is so defined and smooths them. I'm 5'3 and started at 156 but am now 152 after a week and a half...My boyfriend thinks I look fine at this weight, as most of it is in my thighs and butt however I am in the army reserve and according to their standard I'm overweight and it was suggested I lose 13 lbs even though my bmi is within healthy range.…

I'm pretty new to this weight loss/ exercise thing. Truth be told I'm used to doing exercises the army has shown me. I've been in almost 4 years now and nothing lol. It's mostly flutter kicks, crunches, and sit ups in various forms. I've tried the P90X with a friend, I'll have to order that. Or would the 30 day shred work…

No usually. I try not to because I usually only take in about 600 calories a day anyway. But some days I'll treat myself

Luckily I avoided the freshman 15, but I was active so that may be why. Good luck and welcome

I usually eat baby carrots, which are only like 4 calories for a medium sized one. Boiled egg, or lately to treat myself I'll eat like a 1/4 of a candy bar as a reward. Averages about 62 cal
