Has anyone done this? I was considering doing it once in the morning and again in the evening. I started it today but since I don't feel that bad I thought doing it twice a day to try to accelerate weight loss.
Anyone have an good ab exercises? I can always get the top two, maybe the top 4 abs. But those bottom two are a killer. Even at 127lbs I couldn't get my lower stomach defined. Any tips?
