  • Thank you all. I know there will always be stressors, whether it be school or work or relationships. I know the world isn't perfect and it never will be. I guess I just needed to vent, but I am grateful for the comments and advice. You're all wonderful!

  • For karate class I wear a regular bra, two sports bras, and a workout shirt with built in support under my gii just so I don't bounce around too much and I'm still paranoid about it most of the time. Boob sweat is also an issue for me most of the time, so I will be using this deoderant idea. Thanks.

  • I have given up sodas. I'm thinking it's not the lack of caffeine that is helping as much as it is the consumption of less sugar. I do still occasionally have a coffee and am not having any problems with that.
