My strength would be working out. I have recently started running and think of running a 7 mile race in July. I ran 2.5 miles today and hope to work my way up. A little about me is I did the BL challenge and ended up losing about 20lbs. I exercise 2 times a day, four days a week, unless I have a lot of homework. Otherwise about 1 or 2 days a week I will just go once a day.

I have a starting weight of 155.2. Since I made my goal last time I'm going to make it a higher goal. So I want to lose 20lbs and be at my goal weight of 135lbs.

OMG I have tears, I came in 3rd for the entire thing. I am glad that I joined this, I am not sure I would have been able to lose the 23lbs without these teams. Date: 3/12 Cals burned: 285 how burned: running at 5.3 for 15 minutes and then weight circuit. By the way I am proud of myself for running for 15 minutes @ 5.3 because I usually can only do 12 minutes @ 5.0. Oh and I was at 2% incline. (I think that is right on the treadmill I was on an incline of 2).

I can't wait to do this kind of curious to see how many calories I burn from exercising. Sure I can look back @ previous weeks and add it all up, but it will make me more accountable doing it this way.

I think Alsison and I are in agreement to doing the challenge was posted to me. It is to do 75 jumping jacks, 75 lunges, and 75 squats. So far today I did all 75 jumping jacks, while my 2 yr old daughter ran circles around me, she thought it was fun. I have only done 30 of the squats and none of the lunges.

PW: 166.4 CW: 165.6 Considering I had a couple of days that I went over my calorie limit I am glad that I lost that much. There was also one day where I ate out twice. Once at Quizno's (should know better) and Red Lobster (not so bad).

Maybe try changing something up. I had two weeks where I hardly lost anything, and I decided to start working out harder and changing the way I eat by adding more fruits and veggies. Just a suggestion. Good luck and you can do it.

Just a suggestion from people that have used this, is to hang something up on your closet door that you want to be able to fit into. I have heard it works, I haven't tried it. I do have a pair of pants that I have hanging up in my closet that I see every so often and I try to fit into them. That seems to be working.

Previos weight: 173.4 current weight: 173 So I have only lost .4 lbs, but I workout hard and I am eating probably better than I have ever eaten. Also, was not expecting a high number when I have lost about 7lbs in 2 weeks.
