Im currently at 168, started at 190. I definitely feel like I looked 190, want to get down to 148 as that is where I feel most comfortable. It depends on height but how you are built and how you carry your weight is also a major factor.

switch to alpro its great and lasts much longer if you are only using it in cereal, which IMO you should be. I switched to black tea and coffee or green tea and dont even miss my cappucinos. You should definitely not be skipping a full meal at lunch time and should be eating protein with every meal, if you cant do that,…

ah dont give up Hayley, it takes time! You are probably losing fat and gaining muscle, or will drop a few lbs in a few weeks again! thats what happens to me! be patient! get the WW scales, it gives u your body fat, because some weeks my weight stays the same but my body fat goes down! be patient!

Great job! I am the same height, started at 190, down to 172 lbs now. Don't have any after pics because I don't see too much of a difference yet but hoping to get down to 140.

pretty much everyday, helps me keep track. If im up a few pounds in a day I dont freak out like I would if I only weighed once a week. I only record it once a week tho, or when I'm down a few pounds.

go you! once you start eating clean-lean meats, good veggies, fruit as snacks, plenty of protein it will absolutely fall off you! I lost 14 lbs in 10 days and I was packing the veg into me! It will be a great motivation to keep going.
