actual job sales assistant... but about to finish a Masters in public relations and political science, so dream job would be something with that ;-)

Try avoid them , which not cook a batch of chicken/turkey/beef whatever on say a sunday last, to last three days. That way you can incorporate the food into easily prepared meals (salads, cold pasta, etc)

You should get a scales that tells you your body fat, I did and even when I dont lose weight, I can see Ive lost body fat and it makes me feel good. Also, get a measuring tape, that is the real test of success :-D

Thats a really good point, I usually have about 300 cals to spare before bed so I'll have some proteinerific food then :-)

Dont be ridiculous, 2lb a week should be the limit of what you are losing. Plenty of people here would be delighted with that

I posted about this too, my trainer I started with yesterday told me to eat before bed because it is too long a time to go without food

Ive started too, you could get a dumbell set and look up different weights . I got a tailored programme in the gym but I am sure if you googled/went on to youtube and had a look you would find some suitable ones
