5'8.5, should I count myself as 5'8 or 5'9 on BMI?

    I'd round it down to 5'8" I reckon - best to underestimate than to overestimate!

    I can relate to this because I'm 5' 4.75". So do I say I'm 5'4" or 5'5"?

    convert it exactly and do the math - weight in kg divided by ( height in meters ) squared

    Weight in lbs * 0.454 = weight in kg W

    Height in inches * 0.0254 = height in metres H

    BMI = W / H / H
