My husband purchased one of those lose weight things he saw on TV. It advertised a website to log your calories. That site didn't work. Customer Service suggested this site. The rest is history. I've been using MFP for about 4 years on and off.

I have 3 different flavors right now. Chocolate, Vanilla & Berry. They are all plant based. I use each of them alternating by day. For me, it helps break up the monotony.

I am also happy with my 6s. I got it as soon as it came out. It's too soon to "upgrade". Also, I'm not excited about the lack of headphone jack.

Goals for today... Watch less TV while sitting on my butt. Finish my exercise goal (harder than I thought these days) Skip the snack before bed.

Exactly how I feel! However, I used to sit down and each a HUGE bowl of ice cream at night. Now, I eat 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt after dinner and I'm feeling wonderful about my progress after just 1 week of getting back into eating right and exercising.
