Hey! I forgot about it too. lol. I am very focussed on my training so i havent weighed myself this week. I feel good tho, so no complaints. i definately drink LOTS of water. good week.

So I went on the elliptical for an hour and 15 minutes, since the weather wasnt cooperating. My knee started buggin me so i iced it for awhile. hopefully the weather is better for my longer run on saturday. hope everyones runs are going good!:bigsmile: :flowerforyou:

Had my short 2.1 mile run today. I had some side cramps, so not enough water. Ran 2.9 miles tonight. My hubby road his bike beside me. He was very encouraging, asking how I was, any cramping, shins . . . it was good. I went a little faster than Tuesdays run, and I still felt good. Its feels awesome. Feeling like this makes me KNOW that I can do this half marathon!!!:bigsmile:

You have to have to have to eat your calories! I usually have a bowl of Special K or Fiber One with skim milk. I really enjoy a cup of low fat cottage cheese, with a bit of splenda and a little bit of cinnamin. and coffee.:bigsmile: yum.
