  • I did my first session with wii zumba today and I loved it! My legs sort of ache and my hips feel worked so I think that I am going to do it more often! :D
  • I would love to do a spin class as I have been told they are the best for burning off calories but I think I am still too big to do it, plus nowhere near that amount on stamina yet!
  • I have found that not only do I resent eating back the calories but I am never actually all that hungry after a good workout! But my diet is all over the place so I dont worry about making up the calories later in the week!
  • I just got a wii fit for christmas and I think it is amazing, you make progress as you lose weight, you choose from muscle control and aerobic and yoga, I also got zumba and have tried it for the first time today and it really did work up a sweat and get the heart rate going and that was only the beginners one! :)
  • I am going to start this too, I am quite active in my job as I work with kids but if i dont have as long to sit and graze at lunchtime then that would be what'd help! And I work right next to a great park, so it makes sense! :)
