  • For me, if I don't log everything I eat and all my excercise I don't even realize that I ate 500 more calories and I think I done great for the day but I really didn't. I think if you track everything you will realize the extra things you have ate and start losing. Hopefully this will help. Good luck! It's hard for us all.

  • My doctor also suggested chewing gum before and after meals. He said it almost tricks the mind into thinking you are eating when you are not.

  • I agree. If you do not have atleast 1200 calories a day you will not get all the nutrition value you need and your body kicks into starvation mode. Try more fruits and veggies, but keep up on the 1200 a day. Good luck and great job so far.
