Hi everyone. I am new to My Fitness Pal and I am looking for some supportive and motivating friends to help me and the help will be returned. I started at 280 lbs and am down to 272 but have along ways to go!!!

  • I am somewhat new on here as well. I started out at 230 a year ago. I am at 178.5 now. It has been very hard to shed the lbs. I have diabetes and that makes it harder. I started on here about a month ago, but with all these darn holiday parties I havent been on here or watched what I have been eating. Shame on me!! :( Good luck to both of you ladies! Ang

    Just click on the person's name in blue on the screen and then it asks you if you want to add as a friend or send a message. Click add friend, write a note with it if you wish and then it will send a request to the person! I will add you as I am new here too! :smile:
