I drink a big glass in the morning and before each meal. In the morning is the hardest! There are lots of unsweetened flavored green, black, or white teas out there if you are looking to increase your liquid intake and need something other than water.

I have read the book, but i havent been grocery shopping yet. Right now, I can't eat more than 22-25 without adding beans. I think more and more veggies will do it. Adding spinach to your eggs or fruit to your oatmeal, it'll add up, right?

Stress and lack of sleep can contribute to weight gain. So I too agree that you should let it go and resume all your normal activities. That's easier said than done. Best of luck!

I like to drive over to the closest school/football stadium and use the track and bleachers for my exercise.

Using a heart rate monitor is the best way to know. My friends who use a HRM and Log their Zumba classes average about 10.25 calories a minute. I usually log anything Wii as dancing, general. A real Zumba class is on my to do list!

Frozen berries and almond milk and fresh spinach. I don't usually measure, just toss and blend. You can pretty much add spinach to any favorite smoothie

I ate yogurt, pudding, soup, rice, oatmeal, mashed potatoes, any food, soft foods, etc for almost a week. My sister ate steak the next day. Everyone is different. Take it easy, you do NOT want dry socket so I agree with the straw comment. Sorry I'm not helpful on the exercise portion. I'm going to guess nothing strenuous…
