Hey everyone! I went from 186 lbs last week to 184 lbs this week. I thought I would lose a bit more since I ate really good and exercised almost every day, but I feel like I am starting to gain my muscle back which I am happy with. I feel a lot healthier. Good luck this week everyone. :)

I know what you mean. I've lost 30 then gained 20 then lost 10 then gained 10. I just started to get back on track and my goal is to lose 40 and keep it off! We can help support each other if you'd like.
