I am 50 and just started heavy weight lifting 3 months ago,took my bf messurments at the start and have lost bf% and stayed the same weight,to me this meens that I have gained muscle.so I would say you can gain muscle at any age,just might take longer than a 20 year old but still is possible

interested in this too ,average 4.5 to 5 hours a night ,track it with fitbit,some night wake up 15 times,,dont remember the last time I slept through the night or past 6 hours...aahh,,,

I was an heroin addict living on the streets for years-homeless for almost 2 years--- .been clean for 3 years Dec.18..thats how I gained all my weight .I went into a recovery house at 115 lbs and gained over 100 lbs in 3 months and have never been able to get rid of it till I started on here..

I had this same thing happen and what I did was increase my protein intake on workout days and rest days,,it helped me alot,,I always have lots of energy now and now that I am lifting very heavy weights I increased it more,,I do about 100g on rest days and around 160 on workout days,,might work for you,dont know,,Im no…
