I have been searching the web for this answer with no luck,I think I have been eatting to much ice cream per serving.I have been scooping out 125g but I am pretty sure that does not equal 125ml.Any body out there know what the real amount of grams are in 125ml of icecream?

at my goal weight,,how do I stop losing
I started at 240 lbs 16 months ago and am now at 156 lbs ,my metabolism was very slow at my peak weight now (calculated with fit bit) I burn close to 3000 calories a day,how do I slow my metabolism down as I dont want to eat 3000 calories a day to maintain my wieght,any help would be appreciated
