help ..don't know what to do,need advice

I cant eat enough to keep up,I have eatten 1694 calories today and my fitbit says I have 1693 calories burned from exercise today,,=net-1..what the heck am I supposed to do,I am not hungry

Eat more and exercise less? If you feel good and are staying on track for your goals and your body is telling you that it's OK, I wouldn't worry. But maybe take a day off from that sort of exercise every now and then and let your muscles rest and your body store up some energy.0
