how do you add pictures to the message boards

I am trying to put start weight pictures and what I look like now but cant figure out how to put pictures on here ,can anyone help me please

    I used www.flickr.com or www.photobucket.com will work.

    I have never used any of those before,what is the process?

    For Flickr you will have to sign up for a free account then select upload a photo. Afterwards above the photo you will see actions and click on share. Click on grab html/BBCode. Check the BBCode then copy and paste.

    okay thank you I will give this a try,I want to show my progress from 238 to now at 169,to show this site does work
