    spaghetti squash is great but something that doesn't need cooking and is quicker to prepare, should you have a special scissored peeler or a spiral machine, is zucchini pasta! It's awesome. Raw and tasteless. You can always cut them into thin strips, but it'll take a little longer and you have to be careful not to cut your fingers off, but I love it. It goes especially well with pesto sauce!

  • I'll have to try that for noodles. I usually just use shirataki noodles as a spaghetti substitue, tastes delicious.
