the Fitbit measures activity, so be less active ?

2500 calories is a default value for a man, so it's not far off "standard".

It is all a math game. 3500 calories equals a pound. Compute calorie intake and calories burned to your BMR. Thats what I do...good luck and congrats on reaching yoru goal.

You've have to be working out like a mad man to have a 3000 cal TDEE at your weight. It's probably closer to 2500 if you're working out 3-4 days a week. Nevermind what the "pedometer" tells you...from what I've read, their accuracy is quite a bit off.

That's the first time I've heard someone say they don't want to eat a lot.

Hah. Quite honestly, I don't think you have to do anything special to "stop" losing. Just maintain. Your body will adjust and find a spot where it's healthy. It won't make you go too thin, I don't think. If you keep feeding yourself healthy foods in a decent manner and get some exercise in, you most likely won't lose your muscle mass. If you don't feed too much you may not build much more, but since you're at your goal, does that matter?

Heck, I know a few people for who maintaining is a challenge, even. I'd be happy xD
