I eat when I am hungry and stay under my daily calorie goal,,it just that easy adding,,,I eat healthy food,count my calories of food before I prepare what I plan on eatting,eat everything in moderation,try to eat different foods every day,,food is fuel..

I have had mine for almost 5 months and have't had any problems,knock wood,I have even gotten it wet without any problems,,maybe your getting the ones made on mondays or fridays..lol..hope it gets resolved for you
