You can track weight trainning,sit ups just push botton on and off when done and you can find the exercise on their website ,you just put your start time and how long and it calculates it

This is why I stop eatting after 8 pm ,if not I tend to rummage through the cupboards and snake past my calories,,it has helped me but if I am under my calories for the day I don't care what time it is..

thanks for the support,I did post on here to encourage people struggling like I did in the beginning,,but there are always going to be haters and negative criticizm,,but it doesn't bother me as I know that I am doing good aand if they don't like it ,,not my problem,it's their problem..thank you for speaking up.. :smile:
