I'd suggest to have a week of eating 2000 cals, if you've programmed into having 1700/1600 I'm sure 2000 seems a scary thing for weight loss but it sounds like you need to spike your matabolism. Yes I am naturally iron deficient, and with recent blood tests my iron is on the lower scale of average even with taking both of those tablets x

To be fair that tag line was from when u first started all of this a few years back, but that is something which I still am working towards. I don't follow a specific program, just usually use resistant machines at the gym as well as all my dancing and cycling

I don't think I'd be half as insecure about my legs if they weren't so wobbly and uneven. Yes I have extremely thick thighs for your 'typical dancer' but it's definitely the tone of the legs that effects me more

Not majorly no. The thing I don't understand is I don't always binge on unhealthy things that I try not to have much of. Sometimes I can genuinely just eat way too much of the normal stuff day to day and end up well over maintainance for the week!

Have you ever tried buying chocolate and sweets in mini sizes? So then you can still have the treats when you need/want them but not go overboard? It's just a case of learning to stick to the one mini bar of chocolate instead of tucking into 5 lol x
