I am a massive fitness fanatic and for years have been concentrating on what foods go into my body to fuel it right. But still can't hack the over eating. Feel like all my hard work goes to waste because of it. Has anyone got any suggestions or experiences that they have had to help!? Thank you x
currently in my second year of professional dance training and have told I need to lengthen my quads more as they have really bulked up recently. I am hypermobile so I need to make sure I'm as strong as possible to protect my joints but it just seems like any exercise I do my quads take over and worried they will continue…
Can anyone help with how I can avoid binge eating or what I can do to learn to stop. I am trying to lose about a stone, eat very healthily then can't seem to get by a week with out at least one day of full on binge eating. I get so down about it because it eliminates all the hard work I do in the week. Any advice? Xx
