I want to be confident in all aspects! But mostly my stomach; I've always disliked it since I'm oddly shaped there. I'm not neccesarily slim but not fat, but I still have a sort of spare tire around my stomach that gives me a muffin top that I kind of really hate

I need more friends! Aka motivation to not stop haha

Thanks for the support! Haha I guess everyone has different opinions on the matter and that's okay! Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look into it!

The other day I got an ice cream cone on my way home from my internship... Then my mom got me an ice cream a little bit later that day... And then after work (I work at a Dairy Queen for God's sake..) I talked my dad into buying me a blizzard... That blizzard didn't even taste good, I struggled finishing it. But I forced…

I drink green tea for the comfort and the antioxidants(: No clue if it helps with weightloss, if it does it's gotta be only marginally. It's not an unhealthy thing to add to your diet though!

You're gaining muscle! It weighs more than fat but takes up less space. Don't be bothered, be happy =p

Generally what I'm aiming is something to add into my fruit smoothies. I generally have water or almond milk, frozen fruit, banana, and ice. So would a vanilla protein powder be my best shot?

I was originally at that. I've since changed it to 1600; I lift for 1-2 hours a day, and am on my feet at work and such for 4-10 hours a day. I'm also 5'8.5'' and around 155/60 lbs. I just recently changed it, because I was consistently going over my 1200 calorie goal and feeling bad about it, which caused me to stress eat…

I have ditched the shakeo! I feel like everyone is focusing on that. I'm trying to make my own meal replacement smoothie that doesn't gag me like the shakeo did. Is there a whey protein that is unflavored or anything? That's the sort of thing I'm looking for. I want to make a protein rich smoothie that I can have as a meal…

For OP, my lifting schedule is supposed to be like this: Monday: Chest Tuesday: Quads/calves Wednesday: Shoulders (I hate Wednesdays...) Thursdays: Back (one of my faves!) Fridays: Triceps Saturdays: Biceps Sundays: Hamstrings For exercises that work each area, either google it or try bodybuilding.com. I love that website,…

I've had the same issues with knee pain! I play lacrosse and so run A LOT, and my knees don't enjoy that or the off-season elliptical work. I've just started lifting again, and it's already helping me feel better with that pain. How does Stronglifts 5x5 work?

I would love if you could send me some of those recipes! Thank you!

Oddly enough, today I did make a sandwich. And oatmeal. Before and in between an internship and job. I will work until 1030 tonight and need to be up by 8, so I will not want to eat when I get home. A shake would (gasp!) be perfect to drink while at work tonight around dinner time, as I will not get a break. I would like…

Two separate unpaid internships and a job that I need to work enough to support myself through college, as well as getting my workout in... Yes I'm on the rather busy side thanks =p

I agree shakeology is garbage; I have a friend who is a coach and wanted to support her.

I actually enjoy drinking a meal. I love smoothies but don't enjoy drinking calories, so I might as well make one a day a meal. It's also because my schedule doesn't necessarily allow me to eat more than two actual meals a day; what I'm looking for are ways to make a shake or smoothie as nutritious as possible

I'm really in need of support and new ideas for meals and such!

I definitely do!!Like Bella said, you want to be balanced and in proportion. My shoulders are definitely a weak spot for me. I do dumbell shoulder presses, as well as a few other excercises once a week. Plus it gives me better posture(:

Hi! Def need friends on here to help keep me motivated. I need to redownload the app so that I see and use it every day

Almonds are one of my favorite snacks! I really like the cocoa roasted ones if I'm having a bit of a chocolate craving. Otherwise I stick to raw or lightly salted, because the others can pack in a lot of sodium and sugar.

Welcome! I've been using this app for at least a year and a half. I'm really trying to stick with it longer than a few weeks at a time. Feel free to add me, I need people to help keep me on track.
