Chest Day Workout for Women
Hi! Trying to revamp my chest workout. I usually do bench press, pec flies, incline DB press, and sometimes a biangular press. I get bored and honestly dislike working my chest, but it helps strengthen my shoulders and biceps which allow me to do better on back day (my fave). Any suggestions would be great!

Meal Replacement Shakes/Smoothies Success Stories&Tips
Hey! So I've got this bag of strawberry shakeology that I CANNOT STAND. I have tried many ways to mask the flavor but still have to choke down the smoothie I make. I'm aiming to lose fat while building muscle, and he's just aiming to eat healthier so he feels better and has an easier time cutting. He's not a fan of most veggies and loves his meat. I'll…

I'm a college student and athlete who is trying to reach a healthier lifestyle. I have definitely been struggling lately, but I've been working out with my boyfriend which is definitely motivating me to be healthier. I lift with him 2-4 times a week in addition to attending a two hour lacrosse practice twice a week. I feel…

Does anyone else feel guilty after cheating on their diet?
I try so hard to eat healthy, but when I'm at home for the summer I'm around my family who do not eat generally very healthy. So I find it hard not to fall to my cravings, and then once I fall I fall hard and binge. After that, I feel ridiculously guilty and upset and feel like I just wasted a week of good eating. It is…
