Chest Day Workout for Women

Hi! Trying to revamp my chest workout. I usually do bench press, pec flies, incline DB press, and sometimes a biangular press. I get bored and honestly dislike working my chest, but it helps strengthen my shoulders and biceps which allow me to do better on back day (my fave). Any suggestions would be great!

Chest day is also my least favorite, but i usually do arms and shoulders that day too. I honestly would stick to what you're doing. if you want to switch things up you can try alternating arms, changing to incline/decline, and switching up the rep ranges. but otherwise, pretty solid.

I just added push ups to my chest day routine. They're HARD! You might want to think about them to change it up a bit.0
