I dont resist it...I make better choices. I go for the dishes with chicken, lean and veggies...nothing battered or fried. I skip the rice and noodles and load up ont he steamed veggies instead. I have recently increased my calories (and yes,,the scale is starting to move again) and I also don't want the volume to get there. Try adding higher calorie dense foods to your diet. I eat a lot of seafood really. Fish, tuna, shrimp...several times a week. It hasnt caused me any trouble so far.
