It is just my hubby and I also. I cook what I am going to cook. He either eats it, or he forages for his own. I always ask him what he wants when I go to the store and I buy him what he asks for. I tell him "this is what I am cooking for dinner...do you want any of that or are you going to do your own thing" and he will…

It depends on the colors. Some colors take longer to remove. I had a tattoo on my chest that I was having lasered. After 5 treatments it was only halfway gone. It is actually more painful having it lasered off than it was having it put on. Eventually I just tattooed over it with a new one instead. If you really want it off…

Ruby Tuesdays, Applebee's and Longhorn Steakhouse all have pretty good lo cal choices. Many chains have nutritional information you can access online. When I am plannig to go out I will usually look up the menu online and decide what I am going to get before I go.

Set your goals (realistically...say .5-1lb/week), log everything, measure everything, and get some sort of activity in as often as you can. Thats really about it. Only you can find your willpower. Deep deep and find it! You can do anything you want to do. Don't let that food demon control you...you control it. It is not…

job satisfaction. Money is great, but I can't imagine anything more horrible than going to a job you hate just because it pays well. I am lucky, I have the best of both!

Personally I like them. Sometimes when I just need something quick they arent bad. Processed? Yes. But they arent the mainstay of my diet so I dont think its going to kill me...at least not today

I work 12 hour shifts at night and I flip back to a "daytime" schedule on my days off, so I am eating at all kinds of weird hours. I just set my diary up in blocks of time instead of by breakfast lunch and dinner. I just log it whenever I am going to eat it. I think it just matters that you get it all in there...not so…

No worries! As a lifelong insulin user I can tell you...there will be days when you eat something that you probably shouldnt. This is the life of a diabetic. No one can spend their entire life without ever caving to an occasional craving. If there is something I really want, I work it into my food plan for the day and make…

I like to slice them up and spinkle on some cinnamon, Splenda brown sugar, some nutmeg and a bit of vanilla. Nuke them for a couple of minutes and stir..eat 'em up. Tastes like a crustless apple pie!

I like Stevia and sugar free french vanilla or sugar free caramel macchiato creamer. Torani also makes great sugar free coffee syrups. I shop them on Amazon since there are a wide variety of flavors. My personal favorite is the almond rocha.
