I understand. I still have at least 29 lbs to lose, so I am willing/crazy. But I have found that depending on cals in what I eat I am usually satisfied. But if I burn alot during exercise and need an eve snack I won't hesitate to eat something. I am realizing too to look at overall for the week and if I screwed up a day it…

All these numbers show me that it depends on each individual. I am glad you all are getting results. :happy: I have been too. For those who eat back calories, do you lose the same amount as if you didn't?

I thought 1200 cals would be hard, but it is totally doable and I get plenty to eat. :tongue:

I don't know about you, but I have been struggling eating healthy this week. I went to mcds Monday eve. to celebrate my weightloss so far. BAD IDEA!!! I really struggled the next couple of days. I had to grip myself and get back to the reality that I made a choice to change those bad habits. I felt miserable those days…

Woohoo! I made my first mini goal! :) 9/26 173 and today 10/3 170! I know I still have 20 lbs to go, but I feel great! Hubby can even tell Im lighter when he picks me up. Good luck to all, hope you have great weigh~ins!

Don't give up! You can do it! I struggle alot too, but I keep reminding myself of why I want to lose weight and be healthy! Maybe you could put little inspiration sticky notes up around your house to help you remember and keep the motivation! :)
