I am a sahm mom of 4.. 3 boys ages 6,4,2 and an almost 3 month old baby girl! I lost 30 pounds before getting pregnant last year but now.I am back up.20 pounds and struggling to find my motivation again. Any of you sa hmoms feel free to add me as well.

157 for me this week. I have to admit that stress and being sick has contributed some. On a really happy note: a huge nsv for me this week, while being stressed I havent turned to food to get me through. I found other things to keep me busy. :happy:

I usually burn lots of calories. I have a hard time eating them all back though. I am going to visit family this weekend so I dont know how much exercising I can do.I plan to take my 30ds dvd though, so at least it is something if I can.
