So, once again, I got down about 2 pounds during the week - then didn't get in any workouts Saturday/Sunday - and was snacking a bit too much. Now I'm right back where I started (+.02) My battle plan for this week is:
1. Make a detailed M-F schedule & plan out workouts (what, where, when) (DONE)
2. Get in some double workout days (PLANNED)
3. Make a schedule for the weekend, including planning ALL meals & snacks to avoid undoing all the hard-work put in during the week (TO-DO)
4. GOAL - lose 5.4 pounds by next mini-goal date of 2/27

How's everyone doing out there? Hope your week is going great. Tomorrow is my morning breakfast potluck at work, wish me luck in resisting it! last week was easy as our grade level was providing the food, so I just packed up some pumpkin steel cut oats in my crock pot and ate that.
Just finished day 4 of my workouts this week, just have weight lifting left tonight when hubby gets home. Ya'll have a great evening and weekend!!
